| Pacific Medical Center – Totem Lake Clinic
This project included programming, planning and tenant improvement contract drawings for a new 18,000+ SF Clinic for Pacific Medical Center. An existing office space was extensively remodeled to house the clinic services. These include Internal Medicine, Family Practice and OB/Gyn & Peds clinics; Optometry, Diagnostic Imaging, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Dental and Physical Therapy Departments, as well as administrative and public waiting spaces. As prime consultant, Design Perspectives was responsible for managing Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Architectural and Cost Accounting consultants. The project was bid at completion of Design Development by pre-qualified General Contractors. An Owner, Designer, Contractor Team was formed to monitor the budget & construction of the project. The final cost came in under budget.
