Seattle City Light - South Service Center Expansion Seattle, Washington

SCL Plan An expansion and modification of the Seattle City Light South Service Center facility. Programming services were provided to determine future space needs for the consolidation of the Engineering Departments, Service Center Crew offices, public spaces and staff work areas. Architectural Color / materials and finishes research and specification. Space planning for a modular systems furniture installation following SCL workstation standards established in a previous study by Design Perspectives. Completed project will be approximately 33,000 SF of addition and remodel to the existing Service Center.

AT&T Wireless Messaging Services Division Headquarters Bellevue, Washington

AT&T Plan Programming, space planning and design for AT&T Wireless Messaging Services' new Division Headquarters. As a fast-track project, the work included design and development of complete tenant improvement documents for bid to a list of selected contractors. Furniture systems were researched, selected and specified for competitive bid. Extensive coordination was required with vendors, contractors and owner representatives to complete the project within a 3-month timeframe. 40,000 SF. Project completed January 1, 1996.
