| Northwest Outpatient Medical Center
The project included programming, space planning, interior design, and furniture system survey and
analysis for all public spaces of this renovated medical office building. The Scope of work required
selection and specification of interior lobby and public space furnishings, signage and artwork.
A Color/material and Finish Standards package for typical tenant suites was developed, as were finish plans
and specifications for several individual clinics and medical offices. Health Resources Northwest was the client. 130,300 SF.
