- Seattle Bindery
Phase I was a survey, assessment and program for a 25,000 SF Bindery in downtown Seattle.
The Bindery occupied 3 floors in two adjacent buildings and was rapidly outgrowing the space.
The program determined the space requirements for the future location would require less additional
space, but more efficient space, preferably on a single floor. Several successful interim planning
modifications took place as a result of the programming process, increasing productivity and
employee morale. Phase II was the final planning and design for the move to the new Tukwila
headquarters. This one-level facility provides for growth, flexibility and efficiency.
- A T & T Wireless Messaging Division
Programming, space planning and design for AT&T Wireless Messaging Services' new Division Headquarters. As a fast-track project, the work included design and development of complete tenant improvement documents for bid to a list of selected contractors. Furniture systems were researched, selected and specified for competitive bid. Extensive coordination was required with vendors, contractors and owner representatives to complete the project within a 3-month timeframe. 40,000 SF
