AT&T Space Allocation Plan

AT&T Wireless Messaging Services Division Headquarters

This project included programming, space planning and design for AT&T Wireless Messaging Services' new Division Headquarters. The site, in downtown Bellevue, was to serve as a headquarters for approximately five years while the new AT&T Redmond campus was under construction.

As a fast-track project, our work included design and development of complete tenant improvement documents for bid to a list of selected contractors. All new furniture systems were researched, selected and specified for competitive bid. Extensive coordination was required with vendors, contractors and owner representatives to complete the project within a 3-month timeframe. 40,000 SF. Project completed January 1, 1996.
